Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase from in2nord. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Because many of our items are made to order and produced with care, we encourage mindful shopping — but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.

Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and labels are included

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for the next steps.

Made-to-Order Items

Since many of our products are made specifically for you, made-to-order items may be eligible for return only under certain conditions.

If the item arrives damaged or there is a production issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color (where applicable), please contact us. Exchanges are handled individually depending on product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
